As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Delays due to unexpected demand
Delivery times can fluctuate when demand is unexpectedly high, especially in the weeks before Christmas. Although we always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, there may be periods when demand for our products rises sharply, which can cause delays. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases and promise to do everything we can to keep any delay to a minimum.
