14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day after you, or a representative you have appointed, receive the product.
How to return an item
- Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw. The easiest way is our withdrawal form; you can also contact us via our contact form. Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you are returning.
- We will confirm your withdrawal and send you the return instructions.
- Send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using a courier of your choice, and keep your proof of shipment.
Condition of returned items
Please handle the product with care and only unpack it as far as necessary to assess it. Return the product with all accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging. If the product has been used beyond what is needed to assess it, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value.
Return costs and refunds
The cost of returning the product is paid by you. We refund all amounts already paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product or of you providing proof that it has been sent back in full. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product arrives damaged or does not work, please report it to us via our contact form within 14 days of delivery, ideally with a photo. We will replace or repair the product free of charge. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your personal specifications, perishable products or sealed products that were unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons, where this was clearly stated in the offer.
